How quickly can you have a qualified caregiver in my home?

At times, the need for a professional Caregiver may be unexpected and urgent. While we recommend allowing a few days to ensure we have the best personality match for your loved one for a successful long-term, consistent relationship, we are routinely able to accommodate a same-day request. Some restrictions may apply.

What if we decide to go to an Assisted Living, Rehabilitation Center, or Nursing Home?

We have transitioned our clients into these places by assisting them to make friends, continue to provide companionship, or in addition to the care they receive, provide 24 hour service in those facilities.

How do we pay for service?

We bill twice a month and you can pay by check, eCheck, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are private pay only and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We also have other payment options such as Long-Term Care insurance, Employer- sponsored pre-taxed accounts, Veteran’s Administration benefits, family trust funds, and reverse mortgages.

Do I need to sign a contract?

There is no long-term contract. In order to begin services, clients are required to sign a Client Service Agreement that describes our guidelines and policies, but services may be started and stopped at any time and for any reason.
