My father-in-law had a medical appointment and with only a day or so's notice we found that neither his daughter/my spouse nor I could bring my father-in-law. We had used Mindful HealthCare Agency in the past to care for my mother-in-law, so on short notice, we reached out to them for help not only accompanying my father-in-law to his appointment but also transporting him there and back. The office staff was able to work with us to gather all the details of what was needed. We are very happy to report that everything went very smoothly! The caregiver was there spot-on at agreed upon time at the retirement community. The caregiver even went back into my father-in-law's apartment to take a photo of a chart before they left. The caregiver was diligent about calling me when they arrived in the lobby (on time to boot) and when my father-in-law was safely delivered back at his apartment. The caregiver even facilitated calling me during the appointment so I could participate remotely. This was a huge relief to me, my spouse, and my father-in-law, and we'll definitely be using Mindful HealthCare Associates again!

Our family has used Mindful Healthcare Agency for the past year since April 2021, 7 days a week to help care for our ailing 92 year old mother who has advanced Parkinson's and short-term memory loss. Our mother lives in an assisted living facility and is a high fall risk at night. I am her main care coordinator. Mindful cares for her and stays in her room from 8 pm until 7 am, which has greatly minimized fall accidents as well as hugely improved her personal hygiene. Also, they provide rides and from doctors' appointments, as she is unable to travel on a bus alone. Mindful is always responsive, easy to get a hold of by phone or text, and quickly addresses any concerns, and the owner, Loyce, is indeed a very special lady who has always been there to help. Mindful sticks to our mother's care plan 100%, even assisting with small things like writing things down so our mother can remember. They stay on top of any items our mother needs and immediately let me know as changes occur. Above all, Mindful is kind, caring, honest, dependable and definitely live up to their name. I highly recommend Mindful, worth every penny!

After a disappointing experience with another home health care agency, a friend suggested Mindful HealthCare (she gave them a glowing review of the care they gave her mother-in-law). I cannot express what a difference it was. My mother who has Alzheimer's can sometimes become agitated and stubborn. The owner, Loyce, was able to sit down with her and connected right away and made her feel at ease. We ended up having multiple aides for 24/7 care coverage and all of them were fabulous. They were all patient, kind, and really got to know my mom and anticipate her needs. Beyond that, the thing I really appreciated was the communication and teamwork. Loyce and her team readily communicated my mom's needs and what could be done to make her experience easier. I live a couple hundred miles away so couldn't be there all the time and this communication gave me the peace of mind to know exactly what was being done for my mom and how well she was being cared for. Very grateful for them.

One of our family members needed round-the-clock care for 10 days. We did not have enough family members to do this. This agency came through during a very trying time- a covid-positive family member with cognitive impairment needed extra care in a facility setting. When other agencies has no available staff, Mindful Healthcare was able to provide a wonderful staffing solution on one day’s notice. The caregiver and everyone at the company we’re so wonderful about staying in touch with the family and were happy to adapt the care plan and hours as needs shifted. They are a fairly large company, but the level of customer service consistently made me feel like we were there #1 priority. Highly recommend this company and their compassionate staff.
